Lauren Winn is a licensed massage therapist trained in a number of effective massage modalities specializing in medical/clinical massage. She completed the majority of her training in Colorado and received her LMT Texas license in 2012. Lauren is professional, mature, respectful and dedicated to helping you feel better and improve your health. Integrated Bodyworks- where modalities such as clinical, swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, stretching, reflexology, cupping and aromatherapy are integrated into an ideal massage tailored to your needs. When Lauren isn't seeing clients you will find her foraging her property for medicinal and edible herbs, wandering her garden or loving on her animals.
Heather Martin, LMT
Heather is a licensed massage therapist trained in Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic massage as well as cupping and trigger point therapy. She worked in the ophthalmology and optometry field for 27 years as a certified Technician before she followed her passion in massage therapy. She has seen first hand how massage has helped her with pain that comes from injury and how massage helps our bodies deal with the stresses of day to day life and activities. She graduated from Texas Massage Academy and is now enjoying making a difference in the lives of her clients. When she isn't seeing clients you'll find her kayaking and enjoying outdoor activities.

Cancellation policy-24 hour advanced notice. If this advanced notice is not given, you will be charged a $25 no show fee the first time and will be required to pay the cost of the massage anytime thereafter.
Late Arrivals-If you arrive late, your sessions may be shortened by how late you are to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
