Lauren Winn is a licensed massage therapist trained in a number of effective massage modalities specializing in medical/clinical massage. She completed the majority of her training in Colorado and received her LMT Texas license in 2012. Lauren is professional, mature, respectful and dedicated to helping you feel better and improve your health. Integrated Bodyworks- where modalities such as clinical, swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, stretching, reflexology, cupping and aromatherapy are integrated into an ideal massage tailored to your needs.

Margaret Kaderli, LMT
Margaret Kaderli is a licensed massage therapist trained in Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic massage as well as cupping and trigger point therapy. After graduating from St. Mary’s University with a degree in exercise and sports, she attended massage therapy school in San Antonio and received her Texas massage therapy license in 2012. As an avid lifelong athlete who currently enjoys running, riding her bicycle, and lifting weights among other things, Margaret understands the stresses and demands placed on our bodies and seeks to help clients achieve relief from pain and soreness associated with physical activity and daily life. Margaret is also trained in ashiatsu massage.

Cancellation policy-24 hour advanced notice. If this advanced notice is not given, you will be charged a $25 no show fee the first time and will be required to pay the cost of the massage anytime thereafter.
Late Arrivals-If you arrive late, your sessions may be shortened by how late you are to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
